In 2025, PCC’s Users’ Conference was held in Burlington, Vermont. Our theme was building something awesome together!

Around 900 attendees participated both online and in-person in 45+ courses, sessions, and roundtables on issues of importance to pediatric practices.

Brick by Brick: Building Practice Culture and Community Outreach with a LEGO Mindset
Ever built a LEGO set? This talk is for you! This engaging and imaginative session given by two partners, one who builds according to the instructions, the other from a pile on the floor, will explore how pediatric practices can intentionally build a positive internal culture while also expanding their impact beyond clinic walls. Like building with LEGOs, great practices are constructed piece by piece–starting with a strong foundation, assembling the right team, and connecting with the community in creative, lasting ways.
