PCC’s built in Patient Notification Center interfaces with TeleVox (West) and manages automatic notifications.

However, you can also export a simple list of patients and their contact information for any of several different phone vendors. PhoneTree, TeleVox, and other vendors provide services to make automatic calls (or e-mails or text messages) to patients.
