Partner SAM Configuration Editor Options

The Configuration Editor (ced) contains sets of questions that control how Partner programs function. ced is the control panel for Partner, setting preferences for each program as well as configuration options for insurance claims and practice information.

The Scheduling section of ced contains questions that control scheduling defaults, provider groups, and block behavior, among other items.

In the Scheduler Section of ced, You Can…

  • Set sam‘s default provider, visit reason, and time frame

  • Turn off the ability to remove blocks from within sam

  • Configure the custom function keys on sam‘s Criteria Screen

  • Alter time frame behavior

  • Set a default profile for all days in scrod

  • Define blocks and set when they will disappear

  • Define provider scheduling groups
