4. The Patient Recaller
Timely recall of your patient population helps your patients stay healthy and informed. It can also help the health of your practice by increasing profitable physical visits. Recalling patients is also vital when a bad immunization lot is discovered or when searching for appropriate patients to bring in for flu shots.
Partner's recaller module can create call lists, form letters, and mailing labels for patients on your system. The power of the recaller is in the wide range of available restriction criteria. Thousands of different combinations are possible, allowing you to find exactly the patients you wish to recall.

Each of the criteria options links to a question or series of questions that guide you through limiting the list of patients.
Recall For Physicals: If you wanted to encourage patients to come in for their yearly physical, you could create a call-list quickly and easily in recaller. For example, you may decide you want a list of patients who:
are not currently scheduled for a physical
are overdue for a physical according to your records
have not been transferred or dismissed from your practice
are still patients of your practice (have visited within the last 3 years)
In recaller, you could indicate all of the above by first checking off the criteria as shown:
When you press [F1 -- Generate Report], Partner will ask you questions about each of the criteria you selected. You could indicate that you want to see patients whose last visit was within 3 years, had a "Next Physical Due Date" of any date up to today, exclude by status flags such as "Dismissed" or "Terminated", and finally exclude patients who have any upcoming physical scheduled with any provider.
After you answer the questions, the recaller will provide you with a summary of its results and allow you to generate lists, form letters, or labels:

As you can see by the above example, the recaller can perform simple or complex computations to help you find and recall patients to your office. Recalling patients for their physicals can be great for your practice's bottom line, but more importantly it provides your patients with a valuable service.
