The Formatter screen includes totals of the patients and families that recaller found and a series of output options. This section is a reference for all options in the Formatter.

Patient, Guarantor, or Custodian Output: For each of the main output options described below, you can select whether to create one list entry, form letter, or label for each patient, guarantor, or custodian. For example, you may wish to generate a form letter for every patient, or a mailing label for each custodian.

The first (and default) output for the Recaller is a list.



Lists are useful for previewing the results or for printing a "call back list."
The Form Letter/List output accesses Partner's customizable list of Patient and Account form letters. Partner form letters can include patient and account information through a process similar to mail merge. In addition to a traditional form letter, you can use the form letter function to produce a customizable list of patients or accounts.





You can edit form letters using the Form Letter Editor (waffle). PCC Support can help you create a custom list form letter that includes the account and patient information you need.
The Label option accesses a database of standard Avery labels and also supports Pin-Feed labels and custom sizes.



After selecting the label format, the Recaller will display the Labeler screen. Select or enter label information and then press [F1 -- Generate Label] to continue.

Use the Sort By selection to sort Recaller output by Name, Zip Code, Birthday, or Birth Date.

Use the Destination selection to send the list, form letters, or labels to the Screen, your E-Mail inbox, a Printer, or a File.

Preview Before You Print: You can preview any of the Formatter outputs by selecting the "Screen" option before printing.
