New Integrated Communication Tools Coming Soon
This month, PCC begins work on a new, integrated toolset for contacting your patients.
Using your input, we’re designing an automated service that will help you remind your patients of upcoming appointments and other health care-related recommendations. Your office can deliver the automated messages via phone call, text message, or e-mail.
PCC will provide you with an easy-to-use message scheduling tool supported by our partnership with Televox, and Partner’s powerful patient selection tools will help you generate the list of patients who will receive your messages.

Minor Feature Improvements and Bug Fixes in 6.6
New Languages: Partner 6.6 and PCC EHR now include American Sign Language, Mandarin, and Yue (Cantonese) in the preferred language fields.
South Carolina Medicaid: Partner now has a direct connection to South Carolina Medicaid for claims and eligibility checks.
Atlas Labs: Partner can now interface with Atlas Labs, allowing you to automatically send demographic information.
Screen Draw after Language Entry: After entering patient preferred languages in
checkin, the screen would sometimes redraw function keys incorrectly. This no longer occurs.
Blank Contact Preferences: The patient’s confidential communication preference settings allowed a blank entry, which interfered with some interfaces. Now the “No Preference” is automatically selected if there is no preference.
