If your PC can not connect to Partner using the name “Partner,” because you are in a remote office or have multiple networks within your office, you may need to change the host that AniTa connects to when launched. For example, a PCC support tech might tell you to switch the target from “Partner” to “10.0.0.1” or another IP address. Follow these steps:
Double click on the AniTa icon on your desktop.
Click “Config” and select “General Settings”
Enter the New Host Name or IP Address
In the “Host Name” box, as shown below, enter the new host name or IP address needed to connect to Partner.
Click “OK” to continue.
Save Your Settings, Quit and Relaunch
Click on the “File” menu and select, “Save.”
Now you can close your AniTa window and then run AniTa again. AniTa will try to connect to Partner using the new host name or address that you entered. If you have trouble, call PCC at 1-800-722-1082.
