

PCC uses your modem to connect to your server when we configure or support your office. In many offices, the modem is also used to send and receive e-mail, submit e-bills, and send electronic claims.
Reset and Power-Cycle Your Modem
Press the gray power button as indicated above.
Wait five seconds and check that the cables and telephone line are firmly connected.
Push the gray power button again to turn the modem on.
Log in to Partner and open a UNIX prompt.
Type kug and press Enter.
Type reprogram and press Enter.
